SWSAD Softball Division meeting was called to order at 1:25 p.m. by Commissioner, Roger B. Potter, Jr.

New Business:

1)      Robert Brannan (Ira M. Hendon, III) moved to re-open the case of L. Lu Ann Theis. (PASSED)

Amendment #1 Raymond Massie (Larry Young) moved to suspend L. LuAnn Theis as of now until she returns all SWAAD-SWSAD softball records-statistics back and remove her 7 points as host chairperson during the year of 2000 at Austin, TX and shall returned the points toward to Timothy J. Theis. (PASSED)

2)      Ken Seabolt (Larry Young) moved that SWSAD shall purchase the black home plate mat, shall be using during SWSAD Tournament and it shall be effective in 2008. (PASSED)

3)      Larry Young (Ken Seabolt) moved to allow pitcher to use body language to fake pitch before making a pitch. (PASSED)

4)      Larry Young (Chris Reagle) moved that any team who won the championship in SWSAD shall pay early bird for NSAD Fee $200.00, instead of $250.00. (PASSED)
