New NSAD Rules for
2010:
Non-Players are require to pay
extra $25 to NSAD
If you signed as non-player, it
will cost you $45/non-player
($20 to SWSAD + $25 to NSAD=
$45 per non-player)
Non-Players means anyone sign
#18, #19, and #20 on NSAD form

RULES
Men team can get 2
free agents under the age of 40
and 2 free agent
over the age of 40
and unlimited free
agent over the age of 45.
Women team can get
four free agents of any age.

Please
have your teams follow these simple
instructions:
-
Scratch-outs, line-outs, white-outs, or
cross-offs are NOT allowed. Once a
participant writes and signs the form,
the information must be left as is on
the form; that player is considered as a
team. Incomplete or altered forms will
be rejected.

The
date of a signature should have month,
day and year: Without the proper dates,
that would not be acceptable. Coaches
are fully responsible for all
information on the forms.
Forged or
proxy signatures are not acceptable and
will result in the disqualification of
the coach, manager or player from their
regional tournament.

No
signatures are allowed past deadline
date of June 16th, 2009.
-
No
additional signature beyond 20
participants (limit to 17 players/3
non-players) will be allowed.
-
No
double names on each line are allowed –
one name per line only.
-
All
participants shall carry their own
health and accident insurance.
-
CODA
is allowed to play on Men and Women team
as long CODA MUST be a member of
International CODA Inc. One player per
team. Free Agent rules do apply.

check www.swsad.org
regularly even during off-season. Don't forget
about audiogram for new players. If your player
didn't turn in audiogram, he/she can't play. It's
in Bylaws. If your team or

team is planning to attend NSAD in Portland, and I
suggest pay Early Bird Team Entry Fee Combo:
