ALL-TOURNAMENT BALLOT SYSTEM

ARTICLE ONE – METHOD

1.1        The SWBAD Deputy Commissioner and Information Director shall be tagged Co- Chairpersons of All-tournament balloting. They shall work with SWBAD Commissioner.

1.1.1     SWBAD Executive Committee shall be responsible to select the Clyde Nutt Individual Sportsmanship Award and Women Basketball Individual Sportsmanship Award.

ARTICLE TWO – BALLOT AND TABULATIONS FORMS

2.1        The SWBAD Deputy Commissioner and Information Director shall be responsible for preparing the proper forms when needed and any other needs for balloting.

2.1.1     The official ballot form for basketball shall list: five (5) first (1st) team players, five (5) second (2nd) team players, one (1) coach of the tournament and one (1) team sportsmanship.

2.1.2     The official All-Tournament tabulation forms shall list: ten (10) lines under player's name and team, fifteen (15) columns with split half and at the end of the form sub-total, total and ranking.

ARTICLE THREE – TABULATION AFTER THE TOURNAMENT

3.1        SWBAD Executive Committee shall also be present during the All-Tournament tabulating.

3.2        The Most Valuable Player award shall automatically go to the individual player with most points. Whoever won the Most Valuable Player, shall not receive any All-Tournament player award.

3.3        In case of a tie, the SWBAD Executive Committee shall decide by reviewing the statistics and outcome of the game.

ARTICLE FOUR – AWARDS

4.1        The host basketball tournament shall furnish the following plaques:

4.1.1     First (1st) place, Second (2nd) place, Third (3rd) place, Fourth (4th) place and Fifth (5th) place; five (5) first (1st) team all-tournament players, five (5) second (2nd) team all- tournament players; coach of the tournament, team sportsmanship, tournament most assist, most rebound, most points and most three-pointer for both men and women.

4.2        The SWBAD Commissioner shall present the plaques to the teams and players.

4.2.1     The first (1st) place to fourth (4th) place and/or fifth (5th) place shall be given to the team at the basketball court.

4.2.2     The first (1st) and second (2nd) team all-tournament players, coach of the tournament, team sportsmanship, most valuable player, men/women individual sportsmanship players and other special awards shall be awarded at the Grand ball.

4.3        The SWBAD Information Director shall present the Hall of Fame and Old Timer plaques to the inductees at the Grand ball.
